WMA - International SOS Joint Venture Inc. was created on May 29th, 2020, with the specific goal of delivering a customized healthcare solution unique to the needs of those that work and reside within the traditional lands of the Mi'kmaq Nations of Nova Scotia. Through the over 35 years of global healthcare experience provided by International SOS, and the intimate local understanding and expertise provided by WMA, we are confident in our ability to meet this goal.

Wskijinu'k Mtmo'taqnuow Agency Ltd. holds majority stake in this partnership, ensuring that the importance of respecting local values and needs remains at the forefront of WMA - International SOS' ideals. Through these goals, WMA - International SOS fosters sustainable and equitable growth for the communities of all thirteen Mi'kmaq nations of Nova Scotia.
